Water the transparent liquid has a great importance in the living environment. Although water has no organic nutrients or calories, it very useful for every living being to survive. According to some researchers you must take 8 glasses of water each day which is approximately equals to 2 litres of water.
You should try to take half ounce for each pound of your weight that is if your weight is 100 pounds you should take 50 ounce of water each day. Drinking too much water does cause any harm to your body but when your kidney can't excrete the excess water, sodium content of the blood is diluted which is commonly known as hyponatremia.
Water helps dissolving minerals and nutrients, making them more accessible to the body. Water helps to remove waste product of the body. Water helps in proper functioning of the kidney, if the kidney does not function properly waste product and excess fluid can built up inside the body.
