Most of us might have thought about it many times since we come across many incidents which makes us sad and some of them even take us to depression.some times you lack self-introspection and fail to understand yourself. We need to identify those things which create troubles and deals with them.so let us see few things regarding this aspect.

The three main aspects where we face trouble and get into depression :-

1-Expectations:

When we start expecting more, we are hurting more. When we do things very well and expect the outcome. If the result is not as of our expectations we are depressed. If the result is extraordinary from our expectations. We are overexcited. then, over excitement leads to disappointment. Hence, it is clearly mentioned in Bhagavadgita,

"Do your efforts, but never expect the results."

once we start taking control of our expectations, we are on the track to happiness. This is highly applicable especially in maintaining relationships.

2-Positivity :

Let us see an example :

"Two mothers and their children are waiting for a bus at the bus stop. They saw a man cleaning the roads. The first mother said to her child, If you don't study properly you will become like that.

The second mother said to her child, If you study well you can change the life of many such people."

Both saw the same man but the conclusions took by them are completely different, whatever the case may be trying to think the best part of it, instead of complaining is the right action.

3-CONGESTED WORLD:

Take a handful of salt and mix it in a glass of water, try to drink the water. How awful it is...!! Then take the same amount of salt, mix in the river and try to drink a glass of water. Do you find any difficulty??? obviously no!!

where is the difference ?? it is in the ratio of salt to the water.

In the same way, if you assume something to be your world, your life tends to be a glass of water. If you have many things to focus upon in your life will tend to be a river. The ratio of trouble to your priorities become smaller which will allow you to come out of the depression. You have a wide scope to involve your life with many things, why do you limit yourself to a specific aspect ???

SUMMARY:

1. Never, ever expect anything from anyone/anything in your life. If you can do this almost everything is clear.

2. Be positive, try to see the best in every worst situation.

3. Realise that your life is of many things.No one can stop you to grow up in your life.
