How to deal with emotional and mental depression?

Before we get into this let's talk what depression actually is. Depression is something that can be rather be felt than explained it's the feeling where you least have interest in anything, where you feel like loosing yourself, overthinking, sadness and feeling low and at some point we all have gone through all this.


But what brought us back? Did you really think you are out of it? Well i say no we can never really get out of it, we just bury it deep inside for some extent, it would hit us back or resurface when we give it the chance. it really is difficult to not to after all we are humans, we have different things on our minds, thoughts that sometimes take you to places bright and some which take you to the darkest of times.



When talking about depression people often start blaming people that they are responsible but we cannot solely blame a single person for our depression because we cannot really say what depresses us. It can be the environment or the people around us, or say our own self sometimes our brain starts to think of the worst scenarios and start to get depressed over little things, Which is kind of dangerous to ourselves. Studies have proven that 7 out of 10 people suffer with depression and most of them are women. They deal with many things and often because of not having support they get depressed. Many things can cause depression such as the stress in work place, financial issues, relations with friends or our partner, previous health issues and it just goes on and on.



Now how to really get out of it? The first thing is believe in yourself, love yourself enough to say that no person can really affect you. Don't let anyone show you down, exercise more it gives you positive energy, wake up early in the morning rather than sleeping till noon. They say early to rise and early to bed follow that, take a walk or go for a run, find something that inspires you motivates you, may be a book or pick up something you have always wanted to do. Get into art, learn something new, meet people, you can also take up yoga classes they say it relaxes your mind. You can also try dance classes it can boost your energy and make you active. Keep in touch with people though it seems impossible you should try to be around people. Listen to music, try putting your ideas on a paper. And mostly don't criticise yourself, put yourself first and trust yourself.
